Theme Night Assistants
Theme Nights are a TLH staple. On the last Saturday of every month TLH, in conjunction with Swing Toronto, host specialty theme nights which feature everything from costume themes, dance contests, speciality drinks, performances, special guest musicians, and a bunch of other fun things. Theme Nights, like the rest of TLH’s programs and events are volunteer-run and rely on a few dedicated people to keep the nights running smoothly.
As a Theme Night Volunteer, your tasks include:
— assist with the set-up/take-down of Theme Nights
— must be available on a fairly regular basis to attend the once per month event
What’s involved in this volunteer position:
–put up decorations and assembling the photo booth
–assist with set up of the room at 6pm
–contribute ideas to enhance theme night decor, fun, and awesomeness
–assist with the take down of decorations and the photo booth at the end of the night
If you’re interested in volunteering for Theme Nights, email a short description of why you’re interested in volunteering, what experience you have, and what awesome ideas you have for making Theme Nights even more fun! Send your email to Sue, our Theme Nights organizer, at sue@torontolindyhop.ca.
